The charming staff went above and beyond, providing us with excellent local recommendations, which truly enhanced our stay in Sorrento.
The breakfast selection was quite limited, with only a few options available each morning, which could leave some guests wanting more variety.

The suites are spacious and equipped with kitchenettes, allowing for a comfortable stay. The glass spiral staircase is a stunning architectural highlight that adds character to the ambiance.
Noise insulation is poor, with conversations audible from the lobby, particularly if you're on the first floor. The mattress firmness is a recurring complaint, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep for some. limited electrical outlets make charging multiple devices a hassle. The size of some showers is cramped, diminishing the bathing experience. A few guests felt the breakfast offerings were inconsistent, especially when the dining area was busy.

The location is a highlight, positioned near an array of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. The air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool during those hot afternoons. the limited electrical outlets and some noise from the surrounding area were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety in options to cater to different tastes, despite some delicious homemade treats being available.
